Founded in 1979, HY Group is a Hong Kong property developer focus in urban renewal projects. As of today, the group has completed more than 50 urban re-development projects, and has real estate investments around the globe in Hong Kong, Europe, Taiwan and Singapore.

Since the early 1980’s, HY Group has numerous real estate investments in China, regions including Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, Xiamen, Fuzhou and Guangzhou. As of today, HY Group has developed projects with more than 20 million square meters of scale.

Mr. Ko Jing Heng, chairman and founder of HY Group, is enthusiastic in charity works. He is an advisor and visiting professor for a number of universities. Mr. Ko also acts as director and member at several public associations.
